Ebury is seeking a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate to join its office-based team in Cluj. Founded in 2009, Ebury is a global financial technology enterprise that offers integrated solutions including business accounts, currency hedging, and trade financing through a single proprietary platform to help companies scale internationally. The organisation currently brings together more than 2,000 professionals across nearly 70 cities worldwide.
In this role, the incoming associate will launch an international finance career centred on business-to-business sales within foreign exchange and global payment markets. The position includes participation in the Ebury Business Developer Academy, mentorship from experienced desk leaders, and access to tailor-made technological systems. Responsibilities focus on prospecting, presenting, and negotiating with enterprise decision-makers while collaborating internally to ensure smooth client onboarding. Candidates will receive structured training designed to accelerate career progression toward sales management or specialized portfolio advisory paths.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across diverse industries to generate new commercial opportunities
- Research prospective clients to understand their needs and present international payment and foreign exchange solutions

Requirements
