DevRev seeks a Business Development Manager (Tech Alliances) to join its Technology Alliances division in an on-site capacity. DevRev builds Computer, an AI teammate and platform that unifies enterprise data sources, workflows, and tools into an AI-ready system designed to eliminate repetitive tasks and foster human-AI collaboration. Backed by Mayfield and Khosla Ventures with over $150 million raised, the company is trusted by organizations globally.
In this revenue-oriented, field-facing role, the professional will sit between the sales department and the external partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include collaborating with major cloud and AI platforms such as AWS, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Salesforce to accelerate go-to-market strategies, generate pipeline, and manage co-sell motions. Candidates must possess significant experience in business development, partner sales, or alliances within the SaaS, cloud, or AI sectors, combined with the ability to navigate both technical and commercial discussions with partners and customers alike.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute joint go-to-market motions alongside the technology alliances group.
- Build a joint pipeline through marketplace listings, co-sell initiatives, and collaborative account planning.
- Connect internal sales representatives with partner sellers to advance live deals through the sales funnel.
- Execute account mapping and joint planning between internal and partner field teams within the assigned region.
- Represent the organization in co-sell reviews, regional go-to-market strategies, and partner field forums.
- Adapt partner go-to-market approaches to fit regional customer demographics, local partner ecosystems, and field structures.
- Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline metrics and the overall health of partner seller relationships.
Requirements
- Possess eight to twelve years of professional background in alliances, business development, co-sell, or partner channel sales.
- Demonstrate techno-business acumen suitable for both technical and commercial dialogues with partners, clients, and sellers.
- Be based in either the New York or Palo Alto region.
- Maintain the ability to travel throughout the designated geography for customer and partner meetings.
Qualifications
- Prior professional background specifically within cloud, SaaS, or AI industries.
- Pre-existing professional connections with regional partner sales and field teams.
