Moniepoint seeks a full-time, field-based Business Relationship Manager in Ogun to expand its merchant network and drive commercial growth. As a major financial technology provider in Africa, Moniepoint processes massive annual transaction volumes and supports millions of users through comprehensive digital payment solutions, banking, credit, and tools for business management.
This position suits a driven field operations professional skilled at merchant acquisition, relationship management, and local community outreach. Reporting directly to the State Coordinator, the chosen candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of merchant acquisition, from initial prospect engagement and terminal deployment to ongoing account retention.
Daily activities focus on identifying prospective clients, introducing appropriate financial products, guiding business owners through KYC documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The professional will also manage loan disbursements and repayments while serving as the main contact for troubleshooting customer issues within the designated area.

Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement, referrals, and local trade community outreach
- Educate business owners on company products and recommend solutions matching their operational and growth goals
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan disbursements, and repayments
- Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding while ensuring accurate KYC documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures and regulations
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants to promote account activity, transaction volume, and retention
- Conduct transparent pricing and agreement discussions within company guidelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly or escalating complex needs
