The Business Strategy and Operations Analyst II acts as a strategic counterpart to sales and sales operations leaders, converting figures into insight that guides growth and efficiency choices.
Candidates should bring three to five years of background in BI work, sales ops or an adjacent discipline, with hands-on experience analyzing data and producing reports. Daily tasks include creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting packs, supporting multiple initiatives so they land on schedule and match company objectives, staying in contact with sales leadership and other decision-makers, and verifying that numbers are correct through systematic checks.
SQL skill is mandatory, and working command of Excel, Google Sheets and Salesforce is essential. Familiarity with Apps Script, Hex and N8N is a stated advantage.
