Job Description
Tide is looking for a Chief of Staff in Hyderabad to act as a strategic partner for the Regional CEO of Tide India and for the senior vice president of Member Operations for the UK and Europe. The role helps shape and carry out the Member Operations strategy, converting leadership goals into concrete plans and making sure priorities land on schedule.
Much of the work involves analysis and communication. The Chief of Staff builds decks and written reports for leadership sessions, carries out research for key decisions, drafts internal and external communications, and serves as the link between senior leaders and team leaders. The post also acts as the local lead for the Member Operations teams based in Hyderabad.
The role includes root cause analysis of customer journeys that affect experience and efficiency. The Chief of Staff works with Operations, Product and Training colleagues to put lasting fixes in place, defines metrics to track impact, and chairs steering groups along with the weekly and monthly business reviews. Oversight of the Member Operations budget is also part of the role.
The ideal candidate has delivered complex cross-functional programmes in technology organisations and has supported senior leaders in a fast-moving setting. They should be analytical, skilled at turning data into clear actions, and comfortable with ambiguity. Understanding how a large operations function works is important.
The role follows a hybrid model that allows remote work within India and up to 90 days a year from another country. The office is located in Hitech City.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Regional CEO and the SVP to define and deliver the Member Operations strategy
- Convert strategic goals into actionable plans and track their progress
- Build decks and written reports for leadership sessions and key stakeholders
- Act as the local lead for Member Operations teams in Hyderabad
- Identify key customer journeys and run root cause analysis to find systemic problems
- Create and chair steering groups and manage the business review cycle
- Oversee the Member Operations operational budget
- Draft internal and external communications for the Regional CEO and SVP
