Experian is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a full-time position located in Mumbai. This role centers on managing regulatory interactions, conducting compliance reviews, and supporting internal business units with regulatory interpretations. The selected professional will coordinate data submissions during examinations, track regulatory changes, handle information requests, and collaborate closely with Legal and Risk departments to enhance control measures and foster compliance awareness.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with regulators, internal stakeholders, and auditors during inspections and examinations to ensure accurate data delivery
- Deliver regulatory guidance and compliance support to business divisions
- Track regulatory updates, define compliance duties, and drive implementation across functions
- Process regulatory inquiries and information requests while executing data validation and quality checks prior to submission
- Perform compliance reviews and testing to gauge adherence to regulations and spot gaps
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and business units to evaluate compliance risks and strengthen controls
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance Testing, or Issue Management
- Demonstrated background in handling regulatory inspections, interactions, and governance deliverables
- Solid grasp of risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Prior background in the FinTech, Credit Bureau, or Banking sector
- Master of Business Administration or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from a reputed institute
- Company Secretary, Bachelor of Laws, or other relevant compliance certifications
