Job Description
This remote contract runs 13 months for a Content Strategist, and the title marks it as the Canadian edition of the role. The strategist is responsible for owned brand content (blog, podcast, websites, long and short-form pieces) and agency partnership brand efforts. The work sits in the Brand Marketing team and spans from planning through production to measuring results.
The posting seeks someone who can design a content strategy and then produce it personally. That means building editorial calendars, writing and editing material, coordinating production and meeting deadlines. The strategist works across marketing pods, converting product marketing and GTM direction into brand narratives that drive top-of-funnel thought leadership.
The strategist also creates thought leadership for executives and subject matter experts, plans how owned content gets distributed, and reports on performance to guide future choices. The strategist leads the owned content plan for the annual SUMMIT conference, reviews attendee deliverables such as registration copy, session titles and booth text, and supports employer brand storytelling alongside People, Talent Acquisition and HR.
Applicants need a proven content-strategy record, hands-on experience with blogs, podcasts and web content, and experience overseeing agency partners. Healthcare or B2B software marketing experience is helpful but not required.

- Support employer brand content: employee stories, recruiting campaigns and careers pages
Requirements
- Proven content strategy experience with a strong record of execution
- Practical experience running blogs and podcasts, along with website content, editorial planning and production
- Track record overseeing outside agencies and third-party content work
- Knowledge of how branded content can support early-stage demand and thought leadership
- Competence analyzing content metrics and acting on what they show
- Ability to work with several teams at once and build relationships
Qualifications
- Healthcare or B2B software marketing background (helpful, not required)
