Job Description
Tide is seeking a German-speaking customer support executive for its onboarding team. This is a frontline group whose purpose is to turn prospects, people who began registering but never finished, into full members who make use of Tide's products during their first period as customers.
The job blends service work with selling. The executive phones prospects who have started but not completed registration, takes them through each step of sign-up, answers their questions and explains what makes Tide worth joining. Rapport is also used to spot chances to suggest other Tide products. Because customer identity documents must be verified, the executive coordinates with the KYC team and resolves documentation problems that arise during sign-up.
Native-level German, spoken and written, is required. Earlier customer service or telesales work is expected, along with a revenue mindset, a target-oriented attitude and comfort with frequent shifts in priorities. Some grounding in compliance, KYC, AML or other FinTech regulation is helpful, as is experience with Zendesk or a predictive dialler.
The company offers a flexible working model with office days and remote days. The listing does not give a specific office address.
