Abnormal AI is seeking a Data Strategy Operations Manager to lead go-to-market data quality initiatives and oversee information integrity across Salesforce and connected ecosystems. This remote, full-time position suits an analytical professional who enjoys eliminating manual record maintenance through intelligent workflows and artificial intelligence. The person in this role will define governance policies, establish source-of-truth hierarchies, and build automated monitoring mechanisms that ensure reliability for Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales divisions. Key duties involve designing LLM-powered and agentic workflows to handle record classification, enrichment, and anomaly detection while maintaining strict security guardrails. Candidates will also evaluate automation technologies, manage project portfolios, and act as a central subject matter expert for operational data systems.
The employer provides a base salary ranging from USD 107,100 to 154,000 per year, with potential eligibility for equity, bonus or incentive compensation, and a complete benefits package. Responsibilities
- Determine the governance framework, ownership hierarchy, and standards for go-to-market data across Salesforce and integrated platforms
- Define access controls, compliance policies, and guidelines for creating or deprecating records
- Identify and mitigate data security risks by collaborating with IT and leadership
- Automate repetitive tasks such as account matching, deduplication, routing, and enrichment
- Develop and oversee AI agents and LLM workflows equipped with human review points and safety guardrails
- Implement automated data quality tracking to spot and resolve errors proactively
- Assess and test automation and enrichment tools while gauging their impact on accuracy and time saved
- Maintain account firmography accuracy by directing the enterprise enrichment strategy
- Support dashboards and reporting for Business Ops, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success
- Oversee a schedule of automation and data cleanliness initiatives from conception to completion
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional background in data operations, sales operations, or related analytical systems functions
- Practical history of deploying automation using LLM or AI technologies like prompt workflows and agents
- Demonstrated mastery of data lifecycle practices, master data management, modeling, and scoping
- Familiarity with Salesforce administrative workflows, validation rules, and Flow automation
- Experience operating data and enrichment software, including AI-native platforms like Clay, Kernel, Starbridge, and Onfire
- Advanced proficiency using Excel
- Demonstrated history of guiding data projects from initial idea to finished results
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern data stack solutions such as dbt or Snowflake
- Experience utilizing integration or workflow automation applications like Zapier or Workato
- Background using SQL
- Previous employment history within a high-growth security enterprise or SaaS business
