Dialpad is seeking participants for its Dialership Program, a remote educational experience taking place virtually from June through August 2027. Dialpad operates as an AI platform for customer experience, providing tools that help organizations resolve customer inquiries through voice and digital channels. This program is designed to provide participants with an insider perspective on how an Agentic AI technology company functions.
During the program, attendees will spend two hours each week attending interactive sessions with company leaders. The curriculum covers multiple business departments, such as engineering, sales, marketing, product management, finance, customer success, AI strategy, IT and security, and creative design. Participants will learn about career paths, industry skills, and daily operations directly from professionals. Additional offerings include networking opportunities and feedback on professional profiles.
Because the initiative focuses entirely on education, no work tasks or projects will be assigned, and the position is unpaid. Upon successfully finishing the program, attendees earn a certificate suitable for LinkedIn and resume display. Ideal candidates possess an interest in technology, business communications, or artificial intelligence, and demonstrate core traits including being scrappy, curious, optimistic, persistent, and empathetic.
