This position involves partnering closely with client services, executive leadership, and paid, earned, and owned media teams to drive program success.
The ideal candidate possesses digital agency background experience and excels in a fast-paced setting while taking full ownership of programs from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing operational efficiency, running internal and client meetings, maintaining accurate project documentation, and tracking deliverables. The person in this role will also establish workflows, train teams, and oversee adherence to PMO templates and processes.
This full-time role offers an annual salary between $90,000 and $100,000 alongside comprehensive benefits such as unlimited paid time off, 100% paid parental leave, 401(k) matching, and healthcare coverage. While the position operates under a remote-first culture allowing work from most US states, physical office hubs are available in Los Angeles and New York for collaboration and events. Responsibilities
- Act as an internal and external point of contact for program operations
- Oversee the operational efficiency of assigned programs
- Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, document action items, and share meeting summaries
- Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives from start to finish alongside channel leadership
- Manage program scope, identify and communicate risks and change requests, and minimize impact on project success
- Focus on task details, deadlines, and deliverable accuracy
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines and project trackers
- Design workflows, train team members, and manage tasks using project management software
- Ensure programs utilize and adhere to appropriate PMO templates and processes
- Contribute to key PMO department initiatives
- Partner with client service counterparts to ensure account success
Requirements
- At least three years of project management experience in an interactive agency managing mid- to large-scale digital programs with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in task management tools such as Asana for workflow creation and team training
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience documenting, tracking, and following up on multiple simultaneous tasks
- Experience creating project management plans, risk logs, issue logs, change logs, and status reports
- Working knowledge of digital creative workflows, paid media, earned media, analytics, and client management
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to identify program pain points and lead the full process improvement lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PMP Certification expected within one year of hire once eligible, with training fees covered by the employer
