Job Description
Ironclad, an AI-driven contract management company, is looking for a leader to run part of its Revenue organization in the Director of Revenue Enablement role. The position is hybrid and full-time: staff come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional extra office days for gatherings of teams or the whole company. The posting gives a base pay range of USD 210,000 to 230,000 for the San Francisco headquarters.
The director would guide the Revenue Enablement group, which includes hands-on people management and choosing which programs get attention. The scope covers readiness for AI across the field, coaching for front-line managers, reinforcing value selling, quarterly certifications, support for SKO events and continuing field communications. The posting frames this as strategic work rather than standard program management: building the systems and habits that lift how well the field performs.
Day-to-day work involves aligning with revenue leaders on priorities, helping sellers adopt AI tools through practical readiness efforts, and working with Product, product marketing, Legal, Sales Ops, Customer Outcomes and sales leadership on messaging and execution. The director also sets success measures that look past activity counts to revenue impact.
The posting seeks someone with eight or more years in enablement, revenue productivity or a similar go-to-market leadership role, who has run high-performing teams. Familiarity with AI tools and workflows is essential, together with a history of persuading senior revenue stakeholders and building enablement that changes behavior. Background in manager excellence, value-based selling and certification programs is strongly preferred.
Base pay is set by factors such as proficiency, expected performance and location, and total rewards also include equity grants.
