In this leadership position, the selected individual will formulate and execute the overall strategy for technology partnerships involving integrated software vendors, marketing technology tools, cloud platforms, original equipment manufacturers, and content-creation platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overarching technology alliance partnership strategy across platform, ISV, digital asset management, OEM, and content-creator partner categories
- Oversee Acquia's strategic technology partnerships, which includes conducting joint planning sessions
- Direct the Amazon Web Services partnership encompassing platform alignment, marketplace operations, and co-sell activities
- Create and implement joint go-to-market plans with key partners to produce qualified leads and sourced pipeline
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new technology partners through initial assessment, integration, and go-to-market readiness
- Design and deploy an OEM business model that scales revenue and defines packaging, pricing, and go-to-market motions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the product team to comprehend product roadmaps, prioritize integrations, and align investments
- Work alongside marketing to execute joint campaigns and participate in industry and partner events
- Support the sales organization on co-sell deals and OEM partnerships to advance business opportunities
- Lead, coach, and expand a team of technology alliance managers
Requirements
- Accumulate at least five years of experience in technology alliances, business development, ecosystem strategy, or ISV partnerships with progressive leadership responsibility
- Demonstrate a proven background in building and scaling technology partner programs that generate measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Possess direct experience owning or constructing co-sell motions with a cloud hyperscaler, alongside familiarity with cloud marketplace mechanics
- Show fluency across various partnership models including platform alliances, OEM and embed relationships, and ISV integrations
- Exhibit strong cross-functional influence across product, marketing, and sales departments with comfort operating at the executive level
Qualifications
- Experience working in digital experience platforms, content management systems, digital asset management, marketing technology, or adjacent SaaS categories
- Familiarity with the open-source or Drupal ecosystem
