In this role, the professional will oversee the expansion and retention of the driver network for United States operations, supporting the platform by optimizing supply across vehicle categories ranging from bicycles to large vans.

Responsibilities include building Standard Operating Procedures, driving engagement initiatives to foster loyalty among driver-partners, and monitoring network performance. Responsibilities
- Manage acquisition and onboarding processes to maintain an over-supplying effort across all vehicle classes

- Monitor team efficiency and service quality to deploy necessary corrective and improvement actions
- Hire, onboard, and train driver operations associates for local execution
Requirements

- Possess at least 8 years of operational or leadership experience
- Demonstrate team management experience with a minimum of 3 direct reports
- Bring experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
