Cresta seeks an Embedded AI Expert to operate remotely on a full-time basis, helping organizations maximize the value of its unified artificial intelligence platform. Cresta was established out of the Stanford AI Lab and provides conversational AI agents, real-time agent augmentation, and conversation intelligence across multiple channels for prominent businesses like United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott.
In this tactical execution role, the Embedded AI Expert collaborates closely with clients to operationalize program strategies, configure self-service products, and deliver actionable insights derived from customer contact center interactions. This position suits individuals comfortable interacting with senior executives, analyzing data, and mastering SaaS applications.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000, supplemented by a bonus and equity. Cresta also provides multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance options, flexible vacation time, paid parental leave, and a communication and wellness stipend.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to operationalize program strategies through the self-service product Opera
- Obtain Opera certification and implement keyword and utterance rules to highlight critical moments in contact center conversations
- Deploy voice analytics tools to track emerging topics in customer interactions and report findings to clients
- Track trends and anomalies using platform tools to uncover insights within customer conversations
- Align client business priorities with contact center operations using self-service utilities
- Address ad hoc analytical business requests and deliver practical insights using contact center data
- Mentor and assist client analysts in mastering the usage of platform tools
- Collaborate with internal team members and clients to foster success and optimize platform value
Requirements
- Between one and five years of relevant experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex data and supply actionable recommendations
- Comfort working with SaaS software and adapting quickly to novel tools and technologies
- Capability to converse comfortably with senior-level client executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a contact center
- Familiarity with speech analytics
