Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and defined solution scopes for timely delivery
- Utilize the NowCreate methodology and prescriptive guidance for engagement delivery
- Assemble, guide, and track progress of internal resources
- Oversee engagement governance, risk, issue mitigation, and change management
- Act as the primary contact to foster collaboration and customer agreement on solutions
- Mentor team members to help them achieve deliverables and customer goals
- Identify discrepancies between actual progress and the plan of record to propose solutions and escalate when necessary
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of progressive experience within a professional services organization or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrate experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Show industry domain expertise with the ability to run projects independently
- Possess experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Demonstrate experience working collaboratively across teams
- Be available to travel up to 50%
