ServiceNow is hiring an on-site Sr Staff Business Systems Analyst to work in Hyderabad. This full-time position involves leading digital transformation initiatives, shaping customer experiences, and bridging the gap between business needs and engineering teams.
The role suits a seasoned analyst with extensive experience in requirements gathering, process optimization, and complex technical project management. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, performing gap analysis, mapping customer journeys, and forecasting scalable solutions. The chosen candidate will collaborate across multiple teams, drive Agile digital execution, participate in user acceptance testing, and build proofs-of-concept for emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate process mapping workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Conduct gap analysis comparing current functionality with future objectives
- Participate in implementation planning activities such as project and issue management
- Document customer journeys and identify areas to resolve pain points
- Collaborate with business, design, engineering, and product groups on digital transformation initiatives
- Drive Agile digital execution and communicate across cross-functional teams for project delivery
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Take part in user acceptance testing and suggest improvements
- Build proofs-of-concept for new technologies alongside engineering and product teams
Requirements
- More than 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst working directly with customers
- Experience defining user experiences and personalizing journeys across a cloud fulfillment ecosystem
- Experience creating and improving process solutions for optimization and scalability
- Experience analyzing business situations in group environments to deliver software solutions
- Experience preparing current-state and future-state process documentation
- Verifiable background in completing multiple complex technical projects
- Experience designing optimized customer experiences in CRM, CSM, or HCM
Qualifications
- Experience integrating artificial intelligence into decision-making, workflows, or problem-solving
- Ability to tell digital transformation stories to broad audiences
- Experience guiding and mentoring team members
