Job Description
The Enterprise Account Manager looks after U.S.-based customers running between 150 and 999 vehicles. The role mixes strategic selling with proactive account care, aiming to keep clients satisfied while growing revenue via upsell opportunities, cross-selling, renewals and broader product use.
The job is fully remote and involves occasional travel, around 20 percent of the time, to customer locations for relationship work and support. It is open to SaaS sales professionals who take a consultative approach, solve problems well, and can carry out strategic account plans through long, complex sales cycles.
The manager serves as the main contact for assigned accounts. That means spotting client needs early, resolving issues before they threaten renewals, and running discovery calls, product demonstrations and trials that link Motive's solutions to each customer's goals. The manager also holds regular business reviews to measure adoption and present tailored recommendations, works with Sales Engineering on technical questions, and keeps accurate records and forecasts in the CRM.
Motive helps organizations running field operations manage drivers, vehicles and fleet spending, and says it serves close to 100,000 customers. The position is full-time and the posting does not state a salary range.

- Clear communication and presentation skills, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences
