The organization seeks a Field Sales Lead based in Nigeria to direct acquisition and conversion metrics across designated regions. This position reports directly to the Head of Customer Acquisition and centers on managing, coaching, recruiting, and supporting Field Sales Agents. • Identify frontline skill gaps and execute targeted coaching interventions
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment pipelines for regional Field Sales Agents through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommendations
  • Maintain a live talent bench by building relationships with prospective candidates to prevent regional understaffing
  • Collaborate with operations to forecast headcount requirements based on regional targets and employee attrition
  • Track time-to-fill and onboarding completion metrics while reporting recruitment blockers to leadership
  • Manage weekly and monthly region-level acquisition quotas and individual targets
  • Monitor daily field metrics including completed visits, generated leads, recorded acquisitions, and follow-up activities
  • Engage directly in the field alongside agents to assist with complex or at-risk acquisition opportunities
  • Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and updated daily for the entire team
  • Ensure all field activities adhere to the acquisition playbook and timelines
  • Evaluate fieldwork quality and deliver structured feedback during weekly team review sessions
  • Coordinate handoffs from field agents to implementation and data entry teams after successful acquisitions
  • Share structured feedback regarding lead quality, market conditions, and field obstacles with growth and marketing teams
  • Deliver weekly reports to leadership covering field activity, acquisition rates, recruitment status, and immediate blockers

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience operating in a supervisory, coordinator, or team lead capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting or constructing commission-based sales teams
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and acquisition quotas
  • Experience coaching and developing junior field sales representatives regarding activity execution and objection handling
