Responsibilities
- Map, prospect, pitch, and close high-value Chinese restaurant partners throughout Birmingham and surrounding territories
- Engage with independent restaurants in Mandarin or Cantonese via phone calls, social platforms, and physical visits
- Manage the complete partner onboarding journey to ensure efficiency for new additions
- Monitor and support restaurant performance during their initial eight weeks on the platform
- Travel across designated regional areas to identify popular local Asian culinary brands
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin with negotiation capabilities
- Demonstrated sales experience targeting new business and meeting commercial targets
- Strong commercial acumen for structuring profitable deals and handling negotiations
- Ability to work independently with resilience in a field-based, self-motivated capacity
- Valid and current right to work in the United Kingdom
Qualifications
- Professional command or working knowledge of Cantonese
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for regional travel
