Xendit is looking for a Financial Operations Associate to join its team. Xendit operates a financial technology platform that provides payment acceptance, payouts, treasury, and financial services to businesses ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises across Southeast Asia and other markets. This role suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and enjoy solving complex problems.
In this position, the associate manages daily financial operations, handles reconciliations, and ensures correct fund movements across regional transactions. The role involves collaborating with banking partners as well as internal product, technology, sales, legal, and compliance teams to support the company's regional expansion and new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily financial operations and organization-wide reconciliations
- Support shift operations by processing regional customer transactions and interacting with banking partners
- Fulfill bank requirements and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Work assigned shifts on weekends and or holidays when required
- Conduct periodic reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy across regional products and prevent financial exposure
- Help automate reconciliations across products and regions to protect against monetary loss
- Transition across different roles within the financial operations team based on business requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer solutions
- Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions alongside product, finance, and partner teams
- Establish reconciliation processes for new products and markets during company expansion
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related course, or one to three years of relevant experience in a startup, fast-paced setting, payments, fintech, or financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform data analysis
- Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to identify data patterns and anomalies
- Based in Thailand

- Experience working in or dealing with banks or large financial institutions
- Initiative to continually ask questions and seek answers
- Ability to prioritize workload under tight deadlines and perform under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
