Job Description
Deliveroo is recruiting a full-time Franchisee Manager for Enterprise QSR, on-site with significant field travel. The posting does not name a specific office. The role is the company's leading commercial face in the field for some of its largest and most complicated franchise networks, including the biggest quick-service restaurant brands in the UK. It is part of the Commercial team.
The manager oversees a sizeable portfolio of franchisees spanning several brands and acts as the first call for each operator. Duties include bringing fresh franchise partners and recently opened locations up to speed on the platform and its standards, and helping operators grow through advertising by holding consultative conversations about growth. The role works with franchisees to close operational gaps that affect rider and customer experience, and designs local promotional plans that fit how each operator trades. The manager makes sure the national strategy is carried out across the portfolio, keeps weekly tracking current, presents regional performance each month, and contributes to quarterly business reviews.
The ideal candidate can earn trust quickly with very different operators, from an owner with a few outlets to the head of a regional network. The posting asks for two-plus years in field sales, territory work, account handling or franchise support. Experience inside QSR or franchise businesses carries strong weight, along with an understanding of how operators make money. Candidates should be confident reading dashboards, arrive at meetings with their own numbers, and be able to make a clear case for advertising spend. The role suits someone self-directed, resilient and comfortable with variety, who passes on what they learn in the field and handles a portfolio spread across a wide geography and several brands.
