Ebury is seeking an FX Solution Product Manager to drive the expansion of its maritime partnerships business by delivering tailored financial products and treasury solutions to the shipping sector. In this position, the professional will identify treasury obstacles and market opportunities within the shipping industry, steering product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
This role suits an experienced product leader with a strong background in cross-border financial services, shipping, or treasury technologies. Working alongside cross-functional divisions including engineering, data, sales, risk, operations, and dealing, the product manager will design internal services and integrate third-party systems to address foreign exchange, derivatives, and regional growth requirements.
Responsibilities
- Discover primary treasury challenges and opportunities within the shipping sector
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify high-impact opportunities in foreign exchange, derivatives, interest income, and regional expansion
- Collaborate with internal groups, clients, and prospective clients to establish requirements, epics, and user stories
- Track market trends and execute competitor analysis regarding product features, pricing, and functionality
- Build and maintain thorough knowledge of treasury management and legal technology workflows
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in the shipping industry or cross-border financial services
- Familiarity with financial markets technology infrastructure and fintech treasury management systems
- Experience with treasury offerings such as foreign exchange derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management
- Multi-year product creation experience operating as a product or operations leader in an active capacity
- Proven ability to translate financial regulations and specifications into product deliverables
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cash management products like money market funds, deposit optimization, and cash pooling
- Experience building internal services alongside integrating third-party systems
