Ebury is looking for a Client Solution and Product Manager to join its team in Dubai. In this office-based role, the professional will focus on growing the Maritime Partnerships business by delivering treasury and financial solutions for the shipping sector.
The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple departments, including engineering, data, sales, risk, operations, and dealing. Responsibilities involve uncovering treasury challenges within the shipping industry, setting product strategy, and managing the roadmap for financial technology offerings.

Responsibilities
- Discover treasury challenges and opportunities within the shipping industry
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning stakeholders
- Work alongside cross-functional departments including engineering, data, sales, risk, operations, and dealing
- Identify high-impact opportunities in foreign exchange, derivatives, interest income, and regional expansion
- Collaborate with internal groups and clients to establish requirements, epics, and user stories
- Analyze market conditions and competitors regarding product features, pricing, and functionality
- Build a deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows
Requirements
- Experience with treasury products such as foreign exchange derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management
- Background in the shipping industry or cross-border financial services
- Familiarity with financial market technology stacks and fintech treasury management systems
- Hands-on product building experience as a product or operations leader
- Experience building in-house services and integrating with third-party systems
- Background in developing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations
