This full-time Global Alliance Lead role, titled Global Alliance Lead, Capgemini, is a senior individual contributor position that owns the relationship with a major global systems integrator. The role reports to the Global Head of GSI Relationships.
The role owns the global alliance at partner and C-suite levels and aims to make the company's open data infrastructure the default data layer within the integrator's enterprise AI and agentic delivery work. Responsibilities include setting a multi-year joint strategy, encouraging integrator practitioners to get certified and recommend the platform in client work, building an enablement programme with certifications and reference architectures, and running joint go-to-market campaigns. The person also sources pipeline through the alliance, drives co-sell with the integrator's account teams, tracks alliance health with a telemetry framework, and reports progress and risks to leadership.

Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of the worldwide integrator relationship, engaging both partner executives and the C-suite
- Build a joint plan spanning several years that makes the platform the default open data layer for AI delivery
- Speak for the company at the integrator's internal meetings, customer sessions and conferences
- Drive platform adoption inside integrator delivery teams, including certifications and recommendations in client work
- Build and run an enablement programme with certifications, reference architectures and playbooks
- Co-develop joint campaigns with integrator marketing and alliance teams
- Help build client-facing agentic AI accelerators on the platform
- Source and develop pipeline through the alliance and run co-sell motions with integrator account teams
- Set metrics for alliance health and keep the Global Head of GSI Relationships updated
Requirements
- 15+ years in partnering roles across data, cloud or enterprise software
- Senior experience handling worldwide ties with large advisory firms or global system integrators
- Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and partner leaders and understand how integrators make decisions and build practices
- Strong commercial judgment to qualify and develop joint pipeline, not just manage existing accounts
- Proven ability to coordinate sales, product, marketing and ops teams without formal authority over them
- Excellent communication and storytelling for consulting and enterprise audiences
- Willingness to travel globally to meet integrator leadership and teams in different regions
Qualifications
- Experience with dbt, Fivetran or equivalent tools, and an understanding of open data infrastructure (strongly preferred)
- Understanding of AI agent workflows and data governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of a global systems integrator's operating model and its leadership contacts
