Job Description
StackAdapt wants an Inventory Partnerships Manager to forge and grow supply ties with supply-side platforms, media owners, ad exchanges and PMP partners in Spain. The position is full-time and remote, with priority given to people in London or elsewhere in the UK. The company also has a London office near Liverpool Street for in-person time.
The manager holds senior relationships with leading publishers and partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, centered on Spain. The job includes spotting and prioritizing new supply using market research, potential earnings, buyer interest and product readiness. It also means designing partnership plans that create revenue, expand market presence and meet regional goals, and negotiating exclusive placements, rates, deal formats and co-marketing efforts.
The role works in step with operations, engineering, product, marketing, account management and sales groups to start campaigns, joint projects and partner-driven growth. The manager tracks partner output and delivery, handles tricky campaign, technical or commercial problems for major clients, and keeps current on ad formats, privacy rules, verification and wider ad technology changes. This is a senior, self-directed position that also involves coaching colleagues and maintaining partner materials.
Candidates should have roughly three to five years or more in business development, partnerships, supply development or a partner-facing commercial job in digital advertising, with a record of raising revenue in several EMEA markets.

- Coordinate across teams to get campaigns, joint ventures and partner-driven initiatives off the ground
- Track partner results and resolve complicated campaign, technical or commercial problems
- Follow developments in ad formats, privacy, verification and ad technology
- Share know-how, keep partner materials current and coach colleagues
Requirements
- Three to five or more years in business development, partnerships, supply development or a partner-facing role in digital advertising or ad tech

- Analytical skill with market sizing, sales data, partner performance metrics and planning frameworks

- Balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery
- A university degree at undergraduate or postgraduate level
