Job Description
Deliveroo is recruiting a hybrid Global Procurement Change and Capability Lead for its London team. The role is a global group position inside the Finance function that leads change and capability planning across the wider DoorDash Inc. procurement portfolio. The holder is employed locally on a Deliveroo contract and works from the London office.
The job sits in the Procurement Transformation team, which is modernising and digitising the global procurement function. The aim is to make sure procurement changes are genuinely taken up and maintained across the organisation, so that major transformation programmes work in daily practice and not just on paper. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping the change management approach and turning the transformation roadmap into adoption plans with clear readiness tests. The lead writes the change narrative and communication plans, sets role-based training and enablement such as e-learning, workshops and playbooks, and builds a procurement capability framework with development routes for key roles, working with HR and learning colleagues. The role also defines adoption measures, tracks how systems and processes are used after go-live, and introduces targeted fixes when usage slips.
The posting asks for substantial background running change and adoption programmes in procurement or enterprise transformation, backed by a record of durable behaviour change. Candidates must have designed complete adoption strategies spanning stakeholders, communications, training and reinforcement, and built capability frameworks or learning programmes. Strong influence with procurement, finance, legal and business colleagues is required, as is a working grasp of embedding change in Source-to-Pay projects such as Coupa. Helpful extras include experience in global or post-merger settings, familiarity with change models such as Prosci or ADKAR, modern digital training delivery, use of adoption metrics, and work within a centre-of-excellence model.
