Job Description
SEEK is hiring a Growth Analyst for Pay Per Hire. The posting does not state a city for the role, and the job is full-time and on-site. The analyst works with Growth, Product, Sales and Operations teams and collaborates across Australia and Malaysia. The role turns data about hiring demand into decisions that help more candidates get hired and more hirers fill roles.
The analyst builds and maintains dashboards for business-as-usual operations and experiments, and writes clear reports with commentary for stakeholders. The analyst specifies what data is needed and what evidence an experiment must show, so results can be trusted. The analyst also helps decide whether an experiment should be scaled, adapted, paused or stopped, weighing proof and customer results.
The role also covers the systems behind the work. The analyst supports CRM and applicant tracking workflows, automated processes and dashboards, and keeps records accurate and complete. Friction points and their causes are identified so that work can be streamlined or automated. The analyst also supports testing of targeting approaches and outreach strategies for customer-facing teams.
Candidates should bring two or more years in revenue operations, data, analytics or growth roles. Practical SQL and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI are required, along with experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems. Prior collaboration across commercial, operational, product or technology groups is expected, and a background in recruitment technology, early-stage firms or marketplace platforms would help.
