Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of full-cycle GTM recruiters to support their professional growth
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to align recruiting strategies with headcount targets
- Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal departments for a cohesive candidate experience
- Cultivate talent pipelines via employer branding, employee referrals, and events
- Report key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and support decision-making
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to improve recruiting productivity
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting management
- Track record of partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
- Experience mentoring and coaching recruiters to help them reach their potential
- Ability to navigate fast-paced settings and provide clarity during ambiguous situations
- Strong skills in relationship building, communication, and multitasking within a dynamic environment
