Responsibilities
- Analyze the payments and risk management landscape to identify customer workflows and integration pain points
- Engage directly with partners, developers, and clients to uncover unaddressed needs and evaluate potential product opportunities
- Formulate and articulate a product strategy and roadmap driven by user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- Partner with data science and engineering to transform fraud control mechanisms into reliable APIs and developer tools
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from initial concept and scoping through rigorous execution and launch
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnership teams to validate demand, identify opportunities, and promote adoption
- Support early customer implementations to refine onboarding, documentation, and the path to production deployment
- Track metrics related to adoption, integration success, retention, revenue, and user value to guide future decisions
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed regarding priorities, progress, trade-offs, and results
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of experience in product management
- Strong analytical capabilities using both qualitative and quantitative data, including proficiency in writing SQL when required
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling products from the ground up in early-stage environments
- Solid commercial and business acumen connecting market dynamics and user needs to durable value
- Background in cross-functional leadership, including collaboration with B2B sales teams on commercialization and customer discovery
- Prior experience delivering API and Dashboard products with consideration for developers and end users
- Experience creating pricing and monetization structures for business-to-business offerings
- Technical fluency to discuss system architecture, APIs, and integration trade-offs with engineers and customers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for framing complex user challenges clearly
- Strong sense of ownership and dedication to detail and product quality
Qualifications
- Background in developing risk, security, machine learning powered products, or fraud prevention solutions
- Experience working with integration partners and building developer platforms while managing external relationships
