Ashby seeks an Implementation Consultant for the Americas region to join its remote Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization. In this full-time role, the professional will execute technical configurations for new software clients, bridging the gap between platform potential and actual value. The position involves partnering with Implementation Specialists, validating client requirements, performing tailored setups of native software functions, and designing testing strategies prior to deployment. Additional duties include documenting final configurations for future visibility and ongoing optimization. This position is structured as a growth pathway toward a senior Implementation Specialist role and is suited for individuals earlier in their customer-facing or implementation careers who want to master a complex product.

Responsibilities
- Execute technical configurations for a designated group of new platform users

- Document final configuration choices to support visibility and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Proactively communicate project progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience contributing to or managing implementation projects for complex software-as-a-service products
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with travel as needed
- Proficiency in understanding enterprise client needs and tailoring system configurations accordingly
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills to build relationships and act as a proactive guide
