Job Description
The Implementation Consultant (Mid Market) at Motive is usually the first hands-on contact a newly signed client meets after the sale. The position centers on larger accounts and involves installing the company's hardware and software, training client staff, and getting each account to adopt the product early.
Motive provides one system for organizations that oversee drivers, vehicles, equipment and fleet spending, supported by AI tools that cut manual effort. The company reports close to 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy and field service, among other fields.
A good fit is someone organized, articulate and patient about earning client trust. Each day brings a heavy load of calls and messages, careful tracking of activation milestones, and coordination with support, engineering, sales, product and financial products colleagues to clear complicated problems.
The consultant also demonstrates what the platform and its AI features can do for each account, with the aim of lasting satisfaction. Speed of activation matters, and the consultant is measured partly on how quickly each account reaches full use. The job is full-time and on-site in Pakistan.
