Responsibilities

- Recommend spot, derivatives, structured products, and exclusive institutional services aligned with client goals.
- Synthesize client feedback and coordinate internally with product, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
- Track competitor strategies and institutional market trends to share intelligence internally.
Requirements
- Experience working in the Web3 industry with hands-on service or usage background related to major wallets, exchanges, custody solutions, or decentralized finance products.
- Ability to identify target clients and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a clear focus on key performance indicators and data-driven management.
- Willingness to handle a high-intensity work pace and participate in frequent travel and client visits.

Qualifications
