Job Description
InMobi is offering a 3-month Creative and Communications internship on its People (Talent) team in Bengaluru. The posting asks for work from the office five days a week. The role is hands-on: turning ideas into visuals, videos, stories and experiences for talent work, staff engagement content and employer-brand efforts.
The intern would produce posters, online creatives, decks, email graphics, infographics and campaign material. Filming and cutting clips, short reels, interviews, staff stories and event coverage also belong to the role, shot on a DSLR or pro-grade camera. The output spans static design and short-form video, and it covers handbooks, guides and toolkits in digital and print form. The intern is also expected to help build a shared library of reusable templates, photographs, videos and content, and to experiment with AI and new creative tools to improve speed and quality.
The posting wants someone who can take an idea from concept to finished output with limited guidance, who asks whether there is a better way to do something, and who holds high standards for their own work. Strong graphic design and visual communication skills are required, and experience with Canva and Photoshop is expected. Familiarity with other design or video software is a bonus, as are video editing and short-form reel production. A strong portfolio or showreel is essential, and the candidate should have a working grasp of narrative visuals, layout, letter-forms and brand identity.
Only current college students who can commit to a three-month placement qualify. The posting says a background in design, communication, media, film or visual arts is welcome, but the portfolio matters more than the degree.
