This position suits an experienced communications professional who excels at executive advisory, change management, and multi-channel storytelling. The person in this role will partner closely with corporate communications, legal, and human resources departments to align internal announcements with external messaging. Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy and execution for internal communications programs during corporate updates and organizational shifts
- Plan, produce, and write talking points for company-wide forums and All Hands meetings
- Develop internal video communications initiatives, such as executive updates and milestone recaps
- Oversee internal communication channels including email, video, and Slack to ensure precise targeting and consistency
- Draft and refine messaging, talking points, and briefing materials for the CEO and other leaders
- Collaborate with legal, people, and corporate communications teams on proactive and reactive plans for sensitive announcements
- Establish employee feedback mechanisms like pulse checks and surveys to gauge sentiment and assess communications effectiveness
- Advise executives and cross-functional leaders on change communications and internal messaging strategy
Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional background in corporate, executive, or internal communications at a high-growth company
- Demonstrated expertise producing executive forums and All Hands meetings from narrative creation to delivery
- Hands-on practice establishing video communications and multi-channel employee engagement programs
- Demonstrated executive presence with a history of writing for and advising C-suite leaders
- Advanced writing and storytelling capabilities to translate complex priorities into clear messaging
- Background supporting change, crisis, or issues communications alongside legal and corporate teams
- Authorization to access and receive U.S. Export Administration Regulations controlled technology and commodities
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or a related field
- Advanced degree
