  • Identify and escalate financial crime red flags and typologies to senior staff or compliance
  • Perform secondary quality assurance checks on peer case submissions for Level 2 analysts
  • Act as a technical point of contact for front-office queries and communicate requirements to clients
  • Manage a personal queue of onboarding cases to reduce cycle times and support portfolio operations
  • Maintain structured and compliant documentation for every client file

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of entity onboarding requirements and ownership structures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with direct client contact experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and productively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical capability to follow procedures and apply regulatory documentation requirements

Qualifications

  • Prior experience performing quality checks or working directly with audit and compliance teams for Level 2 progression
  • Demonstrated background handling cases with complex international ownership structures or higher-risk jurisdictions for Level 2 progression

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Competitive starting salary with an annual discretionary performance bonus
