Job Description
Culture Amp is hiring a Lead Enterprise Account Executive in London to win new enterprise customers. The job is new-business work: building relationships with senior decision-makers at large organisations and converting them into customers. The executive advises as a consultant, drawing on product knowledge, customer insight and a results-first mindset to widen the company's footprint among target enterprise accounts.
Core activities include reaching prospective enterprise buyers through calls, email, LinkedIn and both virtual and in-person events. The executive builds a clear point of view on each Tier 1 account, runs tailored product demonstrations for HR leaders, and writes business cases backed by data and return-on-investment figures. Each opportunity is managed from first conversation to signed deal, with forecasts and activity kept current in Salesforce. Complex deals move forward with help from Legal, Procurement, Security, Solution Consulting and People Science colleagues.
The posting asks for a background of closing net-new business in enterprise sales, ideally in software sold to HR teams or a similar technology market. The executive should be at ease presenting to vice presidents and C-suite leaders, familiar with qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, and skilled at mapping decision-makers inside large organisations. Working familiarity with sales tools such as Gong and Salesforce, alongside LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo and Outreach, is expected.
The ideal candidate stays resilient when deals stall, is curious about what drives a business, takes firm control of a deal, engages several people within an account, and works well with peers and leaders. Benefits include equity through the share option program, learning programs, quarterly refresh days, a monthly wellbeing allowance and medical cover for US and UK staff.
