This on-site Manila role at Sutherland combines instructional design with software development. The learning technology developer builds e-learning courses, AI-powered simulations and internal learning tools, and works with SMEs to turn business needs into measurable learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build SCORM and xAPI-compliant e-learning for LMS environments
- Develop AI-enabled simulations, assessments and coaching features
- Create and maintain internal learning tools and applications
- Troubleshoot LMS tracking, bookmarking and completion issues
Requirements
- Experience in both instructional design and production software development
- Hands-on work with Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience integrating large language models into applications
Qualifications
- Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM design frameworks
- Knowledge of Git, Docker and REST APIs
- At least 2 years building learning technology or comparable software
