Responsibilities
- Lead the incubation phase so newly acquired sellers make their first sale within 30 days
- Oversee the long-tail segment of small-scale sellers using automated tools and mass communication
- Manage incubation associates and long-tail account managers, setting KPIs for activation and retention
- Drive adoption of growth tools such as Sponsored Products and Jumia Express among smaller vendors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations management or mass-market business development
- Proven experience managing large teams and high-volume operations
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- Ability to manage large datasets in Excel and interpret PowerBI dashboards
