Job Description
Motive is recruiting a Manager, Campaign Operations for its Marketing Operations team. The role is remote within the United States. Marketing Operations builds the scalable systems that power Motive's growth, manages the martech stack and supports sales, systems and product marketing across the company.
The manager leads a global team of specialists responsible for executing digital campaigns across channels. The job includes designing frameworks, standard procedures and enablement tools for enterprise marketing managers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico. The manager guides stakeholders on how to build campaigns properly, handle legal requirements, keep deliverability strong and improve results, and promotes AI tools that make team and stakeholder work faster.
The role turns business needs into technical designs for the marketing technology stack, monitors team and campaign KPIs and works with go-to-market teams on improvements. The environment is fast and changing, so priorities must be set clearly and several projects handled at once.
Candidates need six-plus years in B2B marketing operations focused on campaign execution and automation. Recent work at a high-growth technology firm, such as a SaaS or AI company, is expected. Leading and mentoring technical staff in a player-coach style is required, and experience managing distributed or offshore teams is strongly valued. Practical mastery of Marketo and Salesforce is essential, and wider martech experience is a plus.
