Responsibilities
- Recruit and mentor a team of technical Solutions Architects focusing on AI, analytics, and data workloads
- Adapt engagement methods and team competencies to match digital native client requirements
- Meet or exceed targets by helping team members qualify workloads, identify use cases, and build proof of concepts
- Travel to client sites for relationship building, technical workshops, and executive sessions
- Coordinate with sales, product, engineering, and services departments to guarantee client success
- Keep pace with emerging artificial intelligence and data trends in the digital native technology sector
Requirements
- Four or more years of data space experience involving a technical product such as machine learning, big data, cloud infrastructure, or data warehousing
- Three or more years of experience building and leading customer-facing technical teams, including onboarding, hiring, and support within high-growth environments
- Track record of territory building, strategic account growth, and meeting or exceeding targets
- History of execution through workload and consumption management alongside sales, product, and engineering peers
- Experience securing executive alignment within accounts to drive strategic choices
