The company is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Fund Administration (Accounting) to oversee fund administration services, which include fund accounting and reporting for real estate and private equity clients. This permanent full-time position operates on a remote basis and pays a U.S. annual base salary ranging from USD 160,000 to 175,000. In this capacity, the professional will manage a team of fund accountants, direct operations and workflows, and interface with clients to ensure a high-level customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage strategic decisions regarding team expansion and operational policies and procedures
- Develop and enhance fund administration workflows by implementing best practices and process efficiencies
- Identify product development opportunities and relay technical product feedback to development teams
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of fund accountants
- Communicate directly with clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Act as a technical accounting advisor for significant business and accounting decisions
- Review and perform accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties to ensure accurate client and investor activity reporting
- Review investor allocations for statements, waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distributions in accordance with Limited Partnership Agreements
- Oversee annual audits, including initial draft reviews of audit reports, schedules, disclosures, and assistance with PBC lists and tax returns
- Research and provide guidance on the interpretation of recent accounting developments
Requirements
- Have 10 or more years of private equity fund accounting experience with a fund administrator
- Bring experience managing and coaching high-performing teams
- Possess a deep understanding of complex accounting transactions and private equity investment structures
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of waterfalls, performance metrics such as IRRs, distributions, and capital call calculations
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, business administration, or a related discipline
- Possess experience with International Financial Reporting Standards
