Job Description
Deliveroo is recruiting a full-time Marketing Executive for Value and Promotions to join the Middle East marketing team in Dubai. The role is hybrid and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for Value and Promotions in the region. It covers day-to-day delivery and results for promotional and incentive activity, with a focus on making sure each offer is well aimed, well timed and financially sensible.
The executive handles everyday execution of the promotional calendar, turning the quarterly plan into campaigns that bring in new users, activate them, retain them and win back lapsed ones. Setup is handled end to end, covering who qualifies, usage limits, dates and wording, so that each offer launches exactly as briefed. The role also contributes to promotional strategy, builds and sends in-app and lifecycle campaigns with CRM and tech colleagues, and works with data science to shape promotion mechanics that suit customers. Budget tracking and reporting are included, along with weekly updates on live campaigns and reviews once they finish. The executive designs local test-and-learn experiments, tracks competitor moves, and champions real value for customers.

Candidates need competence in Excel, Google Sheets and Looker, experience supporting A/B tests, and a working grasp of commercial measures such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, gross merchandise value and margin.
