Job Description
Deliveroo is recruiting a full-time Marketing Manager for Promotions and Incentives, based on-site in Dubai. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for Value and Promotions for the Middle East and sits in the regional marketing team. The holder runs the day-to-day execution and results of promotional and incentive programmes, working with commercial, finance, tech and data science colleagues so each offer is aimed at the right people, lands at the right time and makes business sense.
Daily work includes converting the quarterly promotional plan into campaigns for each stage of the customer journey, from first purchase to re-engagement. The manager partners with CRM and tech teams on in-app and lifecycle messaging, and with data science on promotion designs that rest on customer behaviour rather than plain price cuts. Responsibilities extend to quarterly and annual promotional roadmaps, budget management and reporting by campaign, weekly performance reviews and post-campaign analysis. Structured tests to find the smallest discount that still works, and building the case for turning a successful pilot into a budgeted recurring mechanic, are also expected. The role monitors competitor activity and keeps offers tied to real customer value.
Candidates should bring five to eight years in growth work, analytics, audience segmentation, general marketing, commercial planning or promotions, ideally from a fast-growing tech company, marketplace, e-commerce business or consumer brand. A first degree in marketing, business, economics or analytics, or in a closely related field, is required. Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets and Looker are needed, as well as practical split-testing know-how. Working knowledge of commercial measures such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, gross merchandise value and margin is valued. Fluent English is required, and Arabic is a significant asset in this market.

- Run the Middle East promotional calendar and convert quarterly strategy into lifecycle campaigns
- Coordinate with CRM and tech colleagues on in-app and lifecycle messaging for chosen segments
- Build quarterly and annual promotional roadmaps that match commercial priorities
- Manage and report campaign budgets, flagging when ROI or margin drifts off plan
- Partner with data science on relevant promotion mechanics and price-sensitivity tests
- Own weekly reporting on live campaigns and lead post-campaign reviews
- Set up and manage small regional tests to learn what works
- Prepare business cases for scaling successful tests into recurring promotions
Requirements
- Five to eight years in growth marketing, analytics, commercial strategy or promotions at a fast-growing tech company, marketplace, e-commerce business or consumer brand

- Hands-on time running A/B tests, or supporting them, and turning results into advice
- Confident collaboration with several cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent English
Qualifications
- A first degree in marketing, business, economics or analytics, or in a closely related field
- Working knowledge of CAC, LTV, GMV and margin impact (a plus)
