Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end software implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise accounts
- Oversee a portfolio of 15 to 20 simultaneous active implementations lasting eight to ten weeks each
- Develop and execute onboarding plans to accelerate time to value and ensure positive customer experiences
- Advise clients on software best practices tailored to their specific usage
- Navigate change management processes to help users adapt to new systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, sales, product, engineering, and operations teams
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading onboarding and implementation projects in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with complex, multi-module SaaS systems, shared configuration, and relational data
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting and willingness to travel
