Deliveroo is recruiting a full-time New Partner Experience Advisor who speaks Italian, based in Manchester on a hybrid pattern. The role sits within the Commercial team and supports Italian restaurants through their first 60 days on the platform. The objective is to help those new partners hit their operational metrics and KPIs and to build the confidence and approach they need for a lasting relationship.
The advisor is the main point of contact for newly signed Italian restaurants. Responsibilities include showing owners how to make their menus more distinctive, promoting advertising tools as a way to grow orders, and acting as the link between restaurants and colleagues in areas such as photography. The role includes steady outbound calling to clear partner problems, meeting daily targets and quality benchmarks, and keeping accurate administrative records in the company's systems.
Candidates need to be native-level or fluent in Italian and English, in writing and speech.
