Job Description
Motive is hiring a Partner Billing Specialist to manage billing for its partner programs, with the role based in Pakistan. The specialist connects external partners with the Billing and Finance and Partnerships teams. The programs cover insurance, strategic, franchise and network partners, and the aim is to keep invoices and payments accurate, compliant and on schedule.

The role is the financial point of contact for partners, resolves billing questions and keeps both sides aligned. It also includes writing and running SQL queries on Snowflake to maintain partnership charges, reconciling them against Quote-to-Cash, Finance and Product datasets, and keeping the related Google Sheets accurate.
The job includes financially onboarding new partners across Motive's core tools, defining payout logic and maintaining trackers that make revenue shares and payouts transparent. The specialist works with the Partnerships Operations Manager so that data stays accurate and reporting stays dependable.

Exposure to receivables, payables, billing or partner-side finance work is valued, though not required.
