Twilio is seeking a People Generalist to support a senior department of approximately 300 Product Management employees in a remote-first capacity. In this position, the professional will assist in delivering key human resources priorities by working alongside the Global People Generalists Manager, international and functional HR business partners, and Centers of Excellence. The company creates communications solutions for businesses and developers globally, operating under a remote-first model where employees may occasionally attend in-person team gatherings, customer meetings, or functional off-sites.
This role is ideal for a proactive human resources professional who excels in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous setting. The person stepping into this position will manage performance management cases end-to-end, evaluate people analytics to provide executive insights, and collaborate with teams across the organization including IT, compliance, recruiting, and compensation. Candidates must be comfortable leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive data, and aligning programs between go-to-market and marketing HR functions. Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR business partner teams supporting go-to-market and marketing functions to execute ongoing processes and roll out programs
- Analyze organizational data such as attrition, headcounts, and performance to create custom reports and metrics for senior leadership
- Manage performance management cases from start to finish while coaching managers on best practices and company policies
- Execute and lead business-led initiatives including re-organizations, job role evaluations, and level assessments
- Collaborate across departments with stakeholders in recruiting, IT, compliance, employee relations, and compensation
- Administer annual cyclical events like calibration sessions and pulse surveys
- Safeguard the confidentiality of core projects and human resources data
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience working in a human resources role supporting a go-to-market organization
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Strong capability to make procedural and administrative decisions while exercising sound judgment on sensitive issues
- Robust data analysis skills with the ability to share actionable recommendations based on internal data and external benchmarks
- Proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence tools strategically to boost productivity
Qualifications
- Familiarity with human resources information systems such as ServiceNow and Workday
