Job Description
This is a six-month fixed-term People Services Advisor role based in Dubai, working on a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. It is a first-line HR support position serving employees and managers in the UAE and Kuwait, with a focus on a smooth employee experience and on staying within local labour rules.
Daily tasks include acting as the main contact for regional HR questions, handling escalated tickets on the case management platform, and either resolving issues or passing them to specialist teams. The role also runs the employee lifecycle paperwork, from onboarding (contracts, visa support and insurance) through to offboarding, plus core data edits in Workday. It helps prepare monthly payroll and issues official HR documents. Visa and immigration administration takes up a large share of the work, covering applications, renewals, quota filings and the medical and insurance steps that go with them.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in HR administration or People Services, ideally in the UAE
- Working knowledge of UAE labour legislation under MOHRE
- Hands-on experience with regional visa and sponsorship processes
- Experience using Workday or a comparable enterprise HR information system
- Strong organisation and the ability to rank queries arriving through several channels
- Excellent written and verbal English
