The role involves hosting training sessions, seminars, and webinars for internal staff, distributors, and installers. The Pre-Sales Engineer will present product roadmaps, assist key clients with technical solutions, evaluate competitor offerings through market research, and evaluate new features while drafting technical documentation. Requirements

- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
- Capacity to undertake business travel
